  • Large-scale spray.xact 5000 system for airless spraying
  • Sustainable system without excess oil loss
  • Fine spraying grid with an exceptional width

A spraying width up to 4,600 mm and airless spraying are the distinguishing features of the spray.xact 5000 spray lubrication system made by technotrans SE. The company will present this system and other solutions, opening up new opportunities for metal-working companies, at the Blechexpo 2019 trade fair in Stuttgart. The safe, sustainable and efficient production will be at the focus of attention. technotrans will be present at the Blechexpo in Stuttgart on 5-8 November in hall 8 at stand 8109.

'Coils, blanks or profiles - an airless spray lubrication system helps the user to ensure more sustainable production processes and save money,' says Alois Scharf, Head of the Ink & Fluid Technology Business Unit at technotrans. The systems do not entail any loss in the form of unused oil mist and, consequently, they do not require an extraction system. technotrans ensures the particularly high level of dosing accuracy of the proven technology not only with a particularly small grid of only 50 mm per nozzle but also over the unique spraying width of up to 4,600 mm.

The service-friendly large-scale spray.xact 5000 system is particularly suitable for the lubrication of car body panels and excels in all other areas as well due to the known advantages of technotrans spray lubrication systems: Inside the spray chambers, a patented, rotating brush system prevents drag oil from leaking out. Thanks to valves with electronic adjustment and actuation, the time-consuming manual adjustments of the spraying nozzles, which are necessary for standard devices, are not required with the spray.xact 5000 system. In addition, the temperature of the oil is controlled directly at the nozzle in order to maintain a constant temperature level of the fluid. An automatic nozzle check feature and the comfortable input of spray patterns based on the upload of CAD data of the blank contours complete the system.

The spray.xact c system, on the other hand, has been specially designed for forming presses and fine-blanking systems. technotrans will present this system with a divided spray housing at the trade fair. This feature simplifies the coil infeed process, as drives move the upper half of the housing upwards, thereby enlarging the intake gap. The chamber is then closed again before the production process begins.

Lubrication systems for a wide range of different applications
The spray.xact easy solution for straightforward applications, now with up to twelve instead of only four spraying nozzles, and the spray.xact reflection system for the lubrication of narrow metal coils in automatic punch presses complete the technotrans portfolio. Comfortable remote diagnostics and access options ensure that the downtimes of the reliable systems can be further minimised. 'What is most important is that, thanks to these features, we can offer our customers tangible benefits in terms of process reliability and monitoring,' says Scharf. 'Saving resources and ensuring a continuous, reliable production are major challenges for which we present the perfect solutions in Stuttgart.'
