August 1st, 2019 a new professional training year started in Germany. Reisner Cooling Solutions GmbH has welcomed three new apprentices, too, training them as mechatronics for refrigeration engineering. Cedric Wienecke and Mika Lange have started their first year of training, Muhittin Yörük has joined Reisner to start his third year.

A good decision: The profession is highly versatile and future-oriented. As Reisner is specialized in providing process cooling for industrial purposes, the new mechatronics will be able to experience a broad range of high-performance technologies - from production to maintenance. They will gain and train manual dexterity as well as profound theoretical knowledge. Not least, regular customer contact will provide them with valuable social skills. Aside from technical and economic aspects, environmental and climate protection increasingly dominate the day-to-day work in their field.

Professional training at Reisner's covers all these areas with a practical approach. 'We train our apprentices directly on the project', says CEO Thomas Imenkämper: 'From the very beginning, they accompany their highly experienced colleagues and instructors through their workday. This is varied, interesting and demanding. It provides them with the confidence they need to excel in their job after their training.' Promising perspectives await Cedric Wienecke, Mika Lange and Muhittin Yörük, on the job market as well as at Reisner's. Thomas Imenkämper states: 'We train young professionals for our own purposes and gladly continue employing them afterwards. If they want to further qualify themselves, for example by attending master courses, we offer them interesting possibilities.'

For 2020, Reisner plans to hire new apprentices and provide them with a great start into a fulfilling professional life, in refrigeration technology as well as in administration.
