Tenaris hosted the first in a series of quarterly technical sessions in Houston, TX, with a goal of fostering relationships with smaller operators in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford shale plays.

The first session focused primarily on hydrogen embrittlement, failures and cracking in the Eagle Ford based off of a Tenaris-published National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) paper.

'Tenaris understands the industry is changing,' Duilio Pesce, Commercial Senior Director - Eagle Ford, said to the audience. 'The theme of each session will change quarterly but the focus and target of each session will remain the same - what are the problems smaller operators are facing and where can Tenaris help.'

If you are interested in attending a future session or would like to suggest a topic, fill out the form and a Tenaris representative will get back to you.
