Tesco : continues 100th birthday celebrations with second burst of unbelievable deals

Second burst of deals see prices cut across hundreds of branded and own-brand products. Jack's products to appear exclusively in Tesco for the first time for the month of May.

Tesco has announced that it is dropping the prices of hundreds of products in a second burst of money saving deals to celebrate its 100 years of great value.

Customers can take advantage of half price deals (or better than) on products from the nation's favourite brands such as Nestlé, Birds Eye, McCain and Richmond Sausages through to Tesco own brand meat, fruit and vegetables. The offers on these weekly shop staples will be available in store and online from Tuesday 7 May until the end of May.

Just some of the great prices that take you back include:

• Better than half price: Tesco Ready to Eat Avocados (now just 39p, was 85p)
• Better than half price: Pizza Express Margherita (now just £2.90, was £6)
• Half price: Richmond 12 Thick Pork Sausages (now just £1.50, was £3) (excl. NI)
• Half price: Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese 550g (now just £2.75, was £5.50).
• Third off: Ariel 3 In 1 Pods Capsules 38 Washes (now just £6, was £9).

In a first for Tesco, this month selected products from brand and store format, Jack's, will also appear in store only and all priced between 55p and £1.50. Products include Jack's Orange Juice Smooth at 55p and Jack's Onion Rings at 59p.

Tesco Chief Customer Officer, Alessandra Bellini, said:

'To continue the celebration of 100 years at Tesco, we're launching a second burst of price drops on hundreds of different products to help customers get even more great value on their weekly shop.'

This follows the announcement of Clubcard Prices, offering Clubcard customers even better value as part of 100^th anniversary celebrations for Tesco.

With price cuts and great value offers across hundreds of products this month, shoppers can fill their fridges and cupboards for a lot less. Below details a selection of some of the deals on offer:
