Alina Holdings PLC is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company’s investment objective is to identify and acquire interests in potential target businesses capable of delivering long-term value for its shareholders. Its initial focus is on leisure and hospitality and its initial target is European leisure and entertainment. The Company operates through two segments: investment in a portfolio of UK properties and other investment assets. It seeks to operate acquired businesses and implements an operating strategy with a view to generating value for shareholders through operational expansion and improvements, as well as potentially through additional complementary transactions. It also seeks to monitor its investments where the investment does not confer voting control and influence the development and capital appreciation.
