THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY SOCIETE ANONYME ThPA S.A. announces the resignation of the Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director, Mr. Sotirios Theofanis.
The contribution of Mr. Theofanis to the restructuring of ThPA S.A. after the private investment Consortium undertook the Management of the Company was decisive, contributing substantially to the market extroversion efforts, implementation of the Investment Program and enhancement of the Port as the main Gateway Port of Southeastern Europe.
In recognition of his contribution, the major shareholder of ThPA S.A, the company 'SEGT Ltd', intends to propose the participation of Mr. Theofanis in the new BoD of the Company.
At the same time, the major shareholder of ThPA S.A. intends to propose for the position of the Executive Chairman of the Company Mr. Athanasios Liagos and for the position of the Managing Director Mr. Franco Nicola Cupolo.
