Director Announcement under LR 9.6.11

The Company announces that Independent Non-Executive Director Lesley Knox has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 9 May 2019 when Warren Tucker steps down.

Frank Meysman, Chairman, said: 'Lesley is an extremely experienced Remuneration Committee Chair. Having served on the Remuneration Committee of Thomas Cook for three years, I believe she is perfectly placed to take on this important role for the Company.'
