INVITATION TO THORNEY INVESTMENT FORUM

Dear fellow shareholder

I am pleased to extend you a personal invitation to attend our 2019 Thorney Investment Forum in Sydney later this month.

The 2019 Forum, which follows similar events in Melbourne and Sydney last year, will enable you to hear a number of presentations from companies in each of the investment portfolios of Thorney Opportunities Ltd and Thorney Technologies Ltd. We have invited the senior management from these companies to make a brief presentation and to be available to meet over refreshments. Next week we will send you a full list of the companies presenting.

We have received very positive feedback from a broad number of shareholders in relation to these company presentations. Senior management as well as representatives from my Thorney Investment Group investment team will also be available following the presentations to meet with shareholders.
