RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of Tianhe Chemicals Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. Cheng Wing Sze has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2019. Ms. Cheng has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of the company secretary, and will publish a further announcement in relation to such appointment as and when appropriate.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Cheng for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of office.
