Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) today announced plans to open stores in Elements Hong Kong and The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel, new destinations for luxury shopping, dining and entertainment that offer a level of sophistication unparalleled in Asia.

In August 2007, the jeweler will open an approximately 2,500-square-foot store in The Grand Canal Shoppes in the new Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel. Inspired by the architecture and history of Venice, the hotel redefines ?full service,' with all-encompassing spa, superb restaurants and boutiques within an elaborate baroque setting.

In October, an approximately 2,500-square-foot duplex store, one of the 5 stores with double storey, will open in Elements, an urban oasis within Union Square at Kowloon Station. Union Square is the world's largest development comprising retail, an international business center, luxury apartments and hotels. With the world's third tallest building, the 118-storey International Commerce Centre, the development forms a stunning Victoria Harbour gateway to Hong Kong.

?These two outstanding locations set a new standard of living,? said Rebecca Ip, Tiffany & Co. managing director. ?The elegant new Venetian hotel reflects the city's growth as a spirited and culturally diverse city; and Elements, with its indoor boulevard, skylights and gardens, is a jewel among Union Square's many amenities. Both are innovative and exciting environments -- ideal for presenting our incomparable collections designed with the utmost quality and delivered with absolute service.?

The new TIFFANY & CO. stores will feature stylish details of the jeweler's famous New York flagship store, including ebonized Makore and mahogany woods and brushed stainless steel showcases, which will be arrayed with renowned TIFFANY & CO. collections. Customers will be greeted by the jeweler's celebrated diamonds in dazzling engagement rings; vibrant and colorful gemstones; the signature designs of Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso, Jean Schlumberger and Frank Gehry; as well as fashion and men's jewelry, watches, accessories and gifts.
