Conclusion of Memorandum on Report and Communication with Gunma Prefecture

As a result of discussing the conclusion of memorandum on report and communication related to Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Stations and Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station with Gunma Prefecture, the "Memorandum on report and communication regarding security at nuclear power stations" with Gunma Prefecture has been concluded today.

In accordance with the memorandum, information related to Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Stations and Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station will be promptly reported and communicated to Gunma Prefecture in the case of equipment failures and accidents.

We will continue our efforts in providing clear explanation and detailed information on the status of our nuclear power stations.
