FUKUSHIMA - TEPCO announced today that it has released the latest installment of its video series 'Current Situation at Fukushima Daiichi NPS,' which provides updates on the situation at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, including progress with decommissioning and enhancement of the working environment.

This latest video covers recent work on units 1-4 and measures for dealing with contaminated water and potential natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis. The video also introduces the plant's current working environment, including a rest house equipped with a cafeteria that serves hot meals that are prepared with food grown in Fukushima Prefecture. Viewers also learn that some 96% of the NPS can be accessed without protective clothing.

TEPCO continues to disseminate timely and appropriate information to keep stakeholders informed about the company's ongoing efforts to ensure that decommissioning work is conducted smoothly over the long term.
