PARIS (Reuters) - The French government is closely monitoring the situation following attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructures and is urging oil companies to show moderation on retail prices, junior transport minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari said on Tuesday.
"We are extremely vigilant regarding the geo-political situation. We are calling on oil companies to be moderate on prices," he told France Info radio.
Separately, Transport Minister Elisabeth Borne told France 2 television that France had no oil supply problem. "We have oil stocks at a very high level," she said.
