Posting of Circular & Notice of EGM

Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ), a pioneer in technologies for Digital Radio and Smart Audio devices, confirms that a circular in respect of the proposals announced at the time of its Half Year Results on 27 September 2016, to change the Group's name to Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited (AIM: FST) and undertake a 40-for-1 share consolidation together with a resolution to adopt amended Articles of Association, has today been posted to shareholders ('the Circular').
Notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company to approve those proposals and a Form of Proxy and Form of Direction have also been posted at the same time. The EGM will be held on 1 November 2016 at 9.00 am at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

Update to Timetable and Change of Name
Further to the Company's announcement on 27 September 2016, subject to Shareholder approval, admission will now take place on 4 November 2016 to allow time for the registry in the Cayman Islands to issue a change of name certificate following the passing of Resolution 3 at the EGM and for the necessary confirmations to be provided to the London Stock Exchange. Further, dealings in the Consolidated Ordinary Shares and the Consolidated Depositary Interests will commence on 4 November 2016. The Group will also change its name from Toumaz Limited to Frontier Smart Technologies Group Limited and the London Stock Exchange TIDM (ticker) for the Ordinary Shares will be changed from 'TMZ.L' to 'FST.L', which will take effect from 8.00 am on 4 November 2016.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms shall have the same meaning given to them in the Circular.
