Completion of sale

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 April 2019, Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential and assisted living property developer, is pleased to announce that the sale of the Group's site in Ewell, Surrey, has completed, resulting in a gross profit to the Group of £300,000. The net proceeds from the sale will be used to provide additional working capital for the Group's activities.
