TORONTO (AP) _ Tucows Inc. (TCX) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $5.8 million.

The Toronto-based company said it had net income of 54 cents per share.

The internet services company posted revenue of $85.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $15.4 million, or $1.43 per share. Revenue was reported as $337.1 million.

Tucows shares have declined slightly more than 4% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $59.13, a decrease of 17% in the last 12 months.
