DISCLOSURE OF TRADING IN OWN SHARES

Paris, March 29, 2018 - On March 20, 2018, Ubisoft Entertainment SA (Euronext Paris : UBI - code ISIN FR0000054470) and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank entered into (i) a pre-paid forward agreement on its own shares, and (ii) a total return swap agreement on its own shares[1].  

This buy-back of shares is made pursuant to the share buy-back program approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting of Ubisoft Entertainment SA on September 22, 2017. These shares are to be ultimately cancelled or used as part of share compensation plans or share-indexed compensation plans for employees.
