Ucore Rare Metals Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company is focused on rare and critical metal resources, extraction, beneficiation, and separation technologies. It is focused on providing metal separation products and services to the mining and mineral extraction industry. The Company holds an interest in the Bokan-Dotson Ridge Rare Earth Element Project in Southeast Alaska, United States of America. Its RapidSX platform is a solvent-extraction (SX) based separation technology for the separation of critical and other metal feedstocks. The RapidSX technology is developed for the bulk/commercial separation and purification of rare-earth elements (REEs), including both heavy REE (HREEs) and light REEs (LREEs) for the production of REE Oxides (REOs), in addition to other critical metals, such as lithium (Li), nickel (Ni), and cobalt (Co) for lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery materials. It is focused on the development of a heavy rare earth processing facility-Louisiana.
