In 2015* Ukrtelecom income increased by UAH 584 mln** and amounted to UAH 6.773 bln.

In 2015 Company EBITDA amounted to UAH 1.86 bln and that is 55% more than the same period in 2014.

Last year EBITDA margin has increased by more than 8.5 bps and amounted to 27.5%. The ratio of debt obligations to EBITDA decreased from 1.7 (end of 2014) to 1.0 (end of 2015), indicating upsurge of the Company liquidity.

The Company net income has increased by 3.2% or UAH 15 mln and amounted to UAH 445 mln.

Telecommunications services income has increased by UAH 120 mln and amounted to UAH 6.12 bln.

The structure of telecommunications income of the Operator is also gradually changing. Customers in Ukraine, as well as around the world, increasingly frequently choose mobile communications. Accordingly, the revenue from fixed telephony is slowly decreasing. Last year it has decreased by 2.2% and amounted to UAH 3.2 bln.

Income from broadband Internet service continues its growth - last year it increased by UAH 136 mln and amounted to UAH 1.323 bln. In 2015, the Operator connected over 200 settlements to worldwide network. Today the number of settlements connected is almost 1900.

By the end of 2015 broadband Internet user base totaled 1.63 million users. The Company continues to develop broadband and bring new, modern and affordable offers to the market. For example, the number of users of Interactive TV service that was first introduced in mid-2014, increased by 3,5 times.

The Company also continues investing in new services for corporate clients. Last year, the Operator introduced Cloud PBX, and today there are over 2500 lines.

Provision of Ukrtelecom Data center service has also become popular service for big business. Given the demand, last year the Company increased the capacity of the center by 10% up to 4.300 units and is now considering its further expansion.

Last year Ukrtelecom connected to fiber-optic Internet over 1.000 points in B2B segment. Currently, corporate clients can use Internet access at speed up to 10 Gb/s.

In addition, last year Ukrtelecom implemented a number of projects to build telecommunications networks in corporate segment. Last year more than 20 national projects were implemented with thousands of objects connected throughout Ukraine.

In 2015, almost UAH 2 bln was transferred to budgets of all levels.
