Ukrtelecom JSC has acknowledged the best CIO in Look to the Future nomination of BEST CIO - 2015

At BEST CIO - 2015 ceremony Ukrtelecom has awarded the most professional CIO of Ukrainian market in the Look into the Future nomination

Ukrtelecom has for the second time become a partner of the BEST CIO project, and initiated its own nomination. This year it was called 'Look into the Future'. According Ukrtelecom, Yuriy Kolesnikov, Oschadbank CIO, was the best in this category. Last year executives of one of the largest banks in Ukraine continued to implement serious changes, namely opened branches of the new format with comfortable waiting areas and customer service, electronic queue management, self-service areas; services such as mobile and Oschad 24/7 web-banking were also improved. In addition, in 2015 the Bank has opened five exclusive service points in Donetsk and Lugansk regions - three mobile armored bank branches, located in the humanitarian and logistic centers, and two unique mobile banking units created using armored KrAZ cars. Thanks to these units citizens living in the frontline settlements, soldiers and police officers who are in the army and in the ATO zone have the possibility to use banking services. Of course, the changes also included optimizing processes and developing IT-systems.
