AGM Statement

Ultra Electronics Holdings plc, will be holding its Annual General Meeting in London at 10:00am today. At the meeting Tony Rice, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

'We are pleased to report that, as anticipated, the Group is seeing further positive developments in our order book and continues to trade in line with expectations. The Group's new 'Focus, Fix, Grow' initiative and move to average working capital throughout the year is producing positive early results. The Board remains confident that 2019 will be a year of good underlying progress.'

Ultra will report its Interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2019 on 6 August 2019.
