Uniper : Blue Corridor Rally — Gas into Engines!

In September, our teams drove a fleet of LNG and CNG vehicles approximately 5,300 km across Europe and 2,700 km across Russia as part of the Blue Corridor Rally 2019. First organized by the Gazprom Group in 2008 and co-organized by Uniper since 2010, the Rally has so far seen more than 200 natural gas vehicles cross some 26 European and Asian countries - visiting 130 cities from the Atlantic to the Pacific and covering over 60,000 km in the process. The Rally offers tangible proof that the technology for using natural gas in the transport sector is an established and cost-effective solution for reducing carbon emissions.
