RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors of Vallianz Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Chong Chee Keong Chris has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the Company in place of Mr Yeo Jeu Nam with effect from 27 May 2019.

Consequent to the above changes, the composition of the Board and the Board Committees is as follows:
