In terms of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, June 06, 2020, to inter-alia consider the audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2020.

Further, as intimated earlier vide Letter No. VEDL/Sec./SE/19-20/173 dated March 31, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons from Wednesday, April 01, 2020 to Monday, June 08, 2020 (both days inclusive).
