For immediate release VietNam Holding Limited ('VNH' or the 'Company')

Share Buy Back and Cancellaon

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 28 June 2019, it purchased 68,501 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 181.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under VNH's share repurchase programme are to be cancelled upon repurchase. In total, since the last Extraordinary General Meeng the Company has repurchased and cancelled 3,159,004 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above purchase and cancellaon, VNH has 51,283,448 Ordinary Shares with vong rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.

The Company's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that have high growth potential at an attractive valuation. The Company attempts to achieve its investment objective by investing in the securities of publicly traded companies in Vietnam, and in the securities of foreign companies if a majority of their assets and/or operations are based in Vietnam.
