Porsche offers a total of eleven open-top vehicles across two model series, promising: each model from the Zuffenhausen company conveys an unbelievable driving feeling, regardless of whether the roof is open or closed.

There are five open variants to choose from in the 718 series. The entry-level variants - in terms of performance - are the 718 Boxster10 with 220 kW/300 PS and the equally powerful 718 Boxster T11. The T stands for Touring, and the 718 Boxster T transfers the purist concept of the 1968 911 T to the two-seater sports car series; it is therefore more sporty. The light mid-engine sports car looks correspondingly more self-confident.

The 718 Boxster S12 starts with 257 kW/350 PS, followed by the 718 Boxster GTS13 with 269 kW/365 PS. The top model in the 718 series is the very unusual 718 Spyder14: it starts with a different roof concept and 309 kW/420 PS.

In the 911 series, customers have the choice between six open-air variants, if the Targa is added to the equation.

The Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet15 and the 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet16 are available with rear-wheel drive. The latter, GTS, stands for Gran Turismo Sport, i.e. the sportier version. Fitted with all-wheel-drive come the, the 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet17, the 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet18 and the 911 Targa 4 GTS19. These five models are powered by the 331 kW / 450 PS 3.0-litre 6-cylinder-biturbo-engine - and of course every journey is accompanied by the legendary engine sound, which is even more directly noticeable in the convertible versions.

The new 911 Speedster20 starts with 375 kW / 510 PS. This concept embodies Porsche's primal virtues of purism, lightweight construction, efficiency and unmistakable driving pleasure. It is limited to 1,948 units.
