VUPIK (Vukovarski Poljoprivredno Industrijski Kombinat) is a food processing group organized essentially into 3 divisions:

- cereal, vegetable and rapeseed oil production (23.2% of net sales);

- winemaking (10.1%);

- other (3.8%): primarily forage production.

The remaining sales (62.9%) concern the cattle breeding activity.

Croatia accounts for 98.9% of net sales.
