Orange Polska - Ogrodowa Office's new tenant

Łódź, 14 December 2018 - Orange Polska is yet another tenant of the recently opened Ogrodowa office building in the center of Łódź. The company rented over 4,000 m2 of office and warehouse space on the first floor to be used as offices relocated from other buildings in Łódź. The international real estate consulting company CBRE participated in the transaction.

Over 500 employees from different business areas such as sales, IT, maintenance support and administration will move to the new facility. The move is scheduled for the beginning of the second quarter of 2019.

"Our goal is to ensure a digital and flexible work environment. Apart from individual workstations, our staff will have the possibility to use supporting areas, including conference rooms of different size, a zone with height-adjustable desks and 'quiet work' office space. It will be also possible to combine office work with remote work.

This model operates in our Gdańsk office for a year now and in the future we plan to implement it to other locations as well," says Adam Wrzosek, Work Environment Director at Orange Polska.

Currently the building's commercialization degree has gone up to nearly 60% and we also observe that the recent commissioning of our office building increases the interest of potential tenants. Ogrodowa Office is an office and service building located in the center of Łódź, in close proximity to Piotrkowska Street, Manufaktura and the Vienna House andel's Łódź hotel. It offers over 28,000 square meters of total space. Among the current tenants of the office building there are companies such as: MakoLab S.A., PwC Polska Sp. z o.o., Citi Handlowy and Harman Connected Services Poland Sp. z o.o. The Warimpex office building in Łódź offers employees and local residents a number of retail and service points, including a bank branch, a hair salon Luisse, BEZA Food Bourbon bar and Meeting Point restaurant. The architectural design of the building meets high environmental standards and has obtained the BREEAM certificate at the "very good" level.
