We are proud to announce that PIE has been shortlisted within two categories of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) National Awards 2017, which celebrates the outstanding work and excellence of the internal communications sector.

Waterman's internal publication was launched in June 2016 with the aim to bring staff together in an informal, fun and interesting way. It is produced by the company's next generation and is open to all staff, offices and departments to contribute to.

Our editorial team will be up against Morrison Utility Services and Redhouse Lane for the News Magazine - up to four issues a year category, whilst going head-to-head with beetroot within New Publication.

Susan Nilsson, Director of Group Communications, comments; 'We are so proud of our PIE team for this fantastic achievement. Being shortlisted in two categories is a testament to our very own promising engineers, scientist and experts from across the business who have made this magazine so unique. PIE has allowed them a totally different set of skills to their day to day job, taking responsibility of project managing each edition and making it their own.'

The winners will be announced during the IoIC Awards dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel in London on 29 September 2017.
