YB Ventures Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the business of tile manufacturing and Internet technology. The Company operates through one segment: Tiles manufacturing and trading income. The Company’s brand, ALPHA TILES, is a tile manufacturing brand which supplies ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles which are suitable for use on the wall and floor and comes in a wide range of sizes, ranging from 300 milli meters (mm) x 300mm to the larger 600mm x 600mm tiles. The Company’s manufacturing facility and office, sit on a plot of industrial land that extends for 141,000 square meters. Its seven production lines produce 11,000,000 square meters of ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles annually. It also owns tile brand, namely, Talos Living Tiles (Talos), which includes nano-glazing technology, which generate continuous release of negative ions to cleanse the surrounding air from harmful contaminants.
