SHAREHOLDERS' TRIP TO BE POSTPONED

Singapore, 13 February 2020 - Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. ("Yoma Strategic" or the "Company") has decided to postpone its 6th shareholders' trip as a result of the increasing level of concern caused by the latest novel coronavirus. The trip, originally planned for 18 March 2020 to 20 March 2020, will be postponed to 30 September 2020 to 02 October 2020 (Wednesday - Friday).
