Aktieselskabet af 1.2.2017, having its registered office in Brande/Denmark, exceeded (again) the threshold of 10% of the voting rights in Zalando SE on 4 September 2018. The holding of 10.02% of the voting rights (25,087,078 voting rights) is a qualifying holding pursuant to Section 43 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG). On 26 September 2018 Aktieselskabet af 1.2.2017 infomed us as follows: The investment is considered as a long-term strategic investment.   With the exception of possible purchases of additional voting rights in order to counter any dilution of the current shareholding, Aktieselskabet af 1.2.2017 does not currently plan to acquire directly or indirectly further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or otherwise.   Aktieselskabet af 1.2.2017  already has a representative on the supervisory board and does not intend to influence the appointment or removal of members of the supervisory, administrative or managing bodies of the company.   Currently, Aktieselskabet af 1.2.2017 does not intend to make any material changes to the company's capital structure, in particular with regard to the ratio between equity and debt and the dividend policy.
