Zumtobel Group AG: Auditors Supervisory Authority withdraws application to recall
auditor
Dornbirn (pta020/14.02.2020/13:30) - Following its announcement of 10 January 2020, the Zumtobel Group AG announces that the Auditors Supervisory Authority (APAB - Abschlussprüferaufsichtsbehörde) has declared in the proceedings before the Feldkirch Regional Court regarding the appointment of an auditor other than the auditor elected by the Annual General Meeting, that it is no longer considered necessary to continue the proceedings of recalling the auditor, due to the knowledge gained in the course of the court proceedings and the following discussions with the court. The Auditors Supervisory Authority has therefore withdrawn the application to recall the auditor and confirmed that the audit of the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Zumtobel Group AG as of 30 April 2020 by KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft is legally permitted.
