Zvecevo dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the food industry. It is a manufacturer of alcohol, chocolate, sweets and other products. The Company’s sweet products range includes chocolates, bars, wafers, sweets and other occasional chocolate assortment. They are being sold under several brand names, including Mikado, Only You, I Love You, Super and Mond, among others. The alcoholic beverages include rakija Alvir, grape wine Trenk, bitter liquer Pelinkovac, brandy Jubilarni Brandy, Coruda rum and bitter vegetal liqueur Barun. The Company sells its products through a network of retail stores in Pozega, Osijek, Slavonski Brod, Dakovo, Sisak and Zagreb. It also acts as a wholesaler. As of December 31, 2011, Zvecevo dd operated two wholly owned subsidiaries, Zvecevo Commerce doo Sarajevo, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Zvecevo doo Ljubljana, based in Slovenia, as well as 51%-owned Zvecevo-Lasta dd Capljina.
