Zvijezda dd is a Croatia-based company active in the food industry. It is principally engaged in the production and distribution of edible oils, including the sunflower, vegetable, soybean, pumpkinseed, extra virgin, olive and frying oil, margarine and vegetable fat. It also provides sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegars, salads, food additives, as well as products with reduced fat content. In addition, the Company is involved in the production of raw materials for other food producers. It distributes its products in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Company operates through three wholly owned subsidiaries, Sojara dd Zadar, based in Croatia, Zvijezda doo Sarajevo, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Zvijezda doo Ljubljana, based in Slovenia. Major shareholder of the Company is Agrokor Group dd which helds a 51.84% stake in the Company.
