Zaptec's (ZAP) main production partner Westcontrol is currently increasing
capacity with new facilities and production lines to fulfill the high level of
ordered volumes.

To further support the high growth rate and reduce risks related to capacity and
the component market, Zaptec has signed an additional production contract with
Sanmina Corporation as a second source for production of EV chargers.

Sanmina is one of the largest global electronic manufacturers, with production
facilities strategically located to support Zaptec's planned expansion both in
Europe and US, which also will minimize carbon footprint in transportation of
chargers from the production facilities to the end customers.

Sanmina is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the ticker SANM.
