Presently, Ajay Srinivasan is Director-Financial Services at Aditya Birla Group and Chief Executive Officer for Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. Mr. Srinivasan is also on the board of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd., Aditya Birla Management Corp. Pvt Ltd. and Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd.

Mr. Srinivasan previously was Managing Director at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. Ltd., Chief Executive Officer-Asia Fund Management Unit at Prudential Plc and Chief Executive & Investment Officer at Threadneedle Asset Management Ltd.

Mr. Srinivasan received an undergraduate degree from St. Stephens College and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management.
