Currently, Alexandre Menais is Chairman of Bull SA. Mr. Menais is also on the board of France Competition Council.

In the past he was Secretary & Group General Counsel at ATOS SE, Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells International LLP, Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells (Paris) LLP, General Counsel at Accenture Holdings France SAS and General Counsel of Ebay France.

Mr. Menais received a graduate degree from the University of Strasbourg and an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.
