Alireza Etemad joined IK Partners in 2015 and is a Partner, leading the Investment team for the Mid Cap strategy across the Nordic countries.
With a background in Investment Banking and Management Consulting, he utilises his extensive operational and transactional experience to work on Nordic projects, specialising in the Industrials sector.
He is the sector lead and has worked in several sub-sectors such as testing, inspection and validation, rental and telecommunication.
Alireza serves on the Board of Directors at Advania, Netel, and Aspia.
Prior to joining IK, Alireza headed the team at SEB Corporate Finance and worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in Stockholm, as well as Credit Suisse First Boston in London and had Board positions at Ellab and Actic Group.
He studied engineering at Linköping Institute of Technology and holds a degree in Management from Institut National des Télécommunications in Paris.
Outside of work, Alireza enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and championing causes close to his heart (incl.
mentorship for young professionals).
Alireza also serves on the Board of Directors of Marconi.
