Currently, Amiram Boehm holds the position of Partner at First Israel Mezzanine Investors Ltd. Mr. Boehm is also on the board of 12 other companies.

In the past Mr. Boehm held the position of Chief Executive Officer of First Israel Turnaround Enterprise, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner at FITE GP 2004 Ltd. and Head-Research at Israel Discount Capital Markets & Investments Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree, an MBA and a graduate degree from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
