Presently, Andrea Francesco Maffezzoni occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer at Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA. Mr. Maffezzoni is also on the board of CNP UniCredit Vita SpA, ABH Holdings SA and Associazione per lo Sviluppo degli Studi di Banca e Borsa.

In the past he occupied the position of Head-Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions at UniCredit SpA and Group Head-Investor Relations at UniCredit SpA.

Mr. Maffezzoni received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi.
