Andrea Redmond is on the board of The Allstate Corp., Allstate Insurance Co., Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Livingwell Cancer Resource Center. In her past career she occupied the position of Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc.

She received an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from George Williams College.
