Presently, Andrew Bell Adams is Chairman for TMAC Resources, Inc. Mr. Adams is also on the board of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and Torex Gold Resources, Inc.

In his past career he held the position of Chairman of Southern Cross Resources, Inc., Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of AngloGold North American, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at Aber Diamond Corp.

Mr. Adams received an undergraduate degree from The University of Southampton.
