Andrew T. Swarthout founded Bear Creek Mining Corp. Presently, Mr. Swarthout is Chairman of Level 14 Ventures Ltd.

He is also on the board of Bear Creek Mining Corp. (former Executive Chairman), Sandstorm Gold Ltd. and Pucara Gold Ltd. and Member of American Institute of Professional Geologists and Member of Sociedad Nacional de Minería Sonami.

In his past career Mr. Swarthout held the position of Exploration Manager at Kennecott Minerals Co., Vice President-Exploration for Southern Peru Copper Corp., Exploration Manager at Kennecott Copper Corp. and Exploration Manager-Peru at Asarco, Inc.

Mr. Swarthout received an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
