Anthony Francis Neoh

Anthony Francis Neoh is currently the Chairman of the Asian Academy of International Law, an Independent Non-Executive Director at CITIC Ltd., and at Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.
He is also a Member of the International Consultation Committee at the China Securities Regulatory Commission, a Council Member at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Member of The State Bar of California.
Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Securities & Futures Commission from 1995 to 1998, and as the Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council from 2020 to 2021.
He was also a Non-Executive Director at Global Digital Creations Holdings Ltd., an Independent Non-Executive Director at Link Real Estate Investment Trust, China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., China Life Insurance Co. Ltd., and New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
He was a Director at Tian'an Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.
and a Senior Counsel at Queen's Counsel.
Dr. Neoh holds a graduate degree from the University of London and a doctorate degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
