Arthur Einav holds the position of Secretary, General Counsel & Senior MD at Sprott, Inc., Secretary, General Counsel & Managing Director at Sprott Consulting LP and Secretary & General Counsel of Sprott Resource Consulting GP, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Sprott, Inc.) and Secretary, General Counsel & Managing Director at Sprott Consulting GP, Inc. Mr. Einav is also on the board of Sprott Partners UK Ltd. and i-80 Gold Corp. and Member of New York State Bar Association and Member of The Law Society of Upper Canada.

In the past Mr. Einav held the position of Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Associate of McCarthy Tétrault LLP ( Canada) and Managing Director, Secretary & General Counsel at Three Valley Copper Corp. and Secretary, General Counsel & Managing Director at Sprott Resource Corp. (a subsidiary of Three Valley Copper Corp.).

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, a graduate degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from The Schulich School of Business.
