Currently, Baomin Li holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at Luokung Technology Corp.

In his past career Mr. Li occupied the position of Vice President-Engineering for Creditease Holdings Cayman Ltd., Chief Technology Officer for C Media Group, Senior Development Manager at Microsoft Corp., Senior Manager-Software Development at Amazon.com, Inc. and Engineering Manager at Google LLC.

Baomin Li received an undergraduate degree from Peking University and a graduate degree from the University of Missouri.
