Currently, Bogdan-Alexandru Dragoi is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Banat-Crisana SIF SA and Chairman, CEO & General Director at Banat-Crisana SIF SA (Investment Management) (a subsidiary of Banat-Crisana SIF SA). Mr. Dragoi is also on the board of BRD Groupe Societe Generale SA (Romania), Vrancart SA, Biofarm SA and Administrare Imobiliare SA.

In the past he was Chairman of S.C. Fondul Proprietatea SA, Associate at Inquam (UK) Ltd., Vice President at Focus Sat Romania SA, Secretary at Romania Ministry of Public Finance and Secretary for Romania Ministry of Public Finance.

Bogdan-Alexandru Dragoi received an undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
