Presently, Brendan Pidcock occupies the position of Vice President-Technical Services at Maverix Metals, Inc. Mr. Pidcock is also Member of Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.

In the past Mr. Pidcock was Vice President-Mining at RB Energy, Inc. Vice President-Mining at Atacama Minerals Corp. and Vice President-Mining at Sirocco Mining, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of RB Energy, Inc.) and Director-Due Diligence Mergers & Acquisitions at Newmont Goldcorp Australia Pty Ltd.

Mr. Pidcock received an undergraduate degree from The University of New South Wales.
