Presently, Brian Merwin holds the position of Chairman for Performance Biofilaments, Inc. Mr. Merwin is also on the board of Cariboo Pulp & Paper Co. Ltd. and Vice President-Corporate Development at Mercer International, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business.
